I had not spoken with anyone regarding a loaner vehicle! I just learned from a random message in my voicemail a few days ago. I was called from a random number which was not identified as Gardena Honda on the caller ID and was left a message requesting my drivers license and insurance information. I have not spoken to a person since I came in last. I asked you to call me and you continued to text me so that I can get this situation addressed as soon as possible. You’re stating that I declined a loaner but with whom? I have not spoken to anyone. However, I prefer do to wait for my vehicle within the initial 2-3 hour window that you initially promised. I do not trust leaving my vehicle for an extended period of time. Had you called me, I would have explained why. As I said before, it’s too much to type. I am still sick from the cat hair being in my vehicle which should have been extensively detailed prior to purchase. Especially considering that it was labeled “CERTIFIED PRE OWNED”. Additionally, there is still a piece missing from my rear passenger door, the USB port keeps malfunctioning, I’m getting air intake and rattling from the front driver window and the front passenger window makes a noise and there is something wrong with the right windshield wiper. I will try to call you at the number you posted but I will not keep texting back and forth.
