Hello Elizabeth, I tried calling the number listed but it wouldn't take my call. There are few things that have been eating at me since my purchase.  The first and biggest issue is the pricing.  When Tyler quoted me the listed price, he told me $12,988.  I saw the listing in AutoTrader at $10,888 and showed him.  He told me, after talking to the manager, that it doesn't take into account some discounts and fees that are not. I also asked about how easy it is to install a rear-back up camera and he indicated that it's really easy to do and relatively cheap, possibly $50 to $100 at most.  Come to find out, the cameras that are available (even through Amazon) run $100 to $200 with $300 installation charges. He also told me and said he would use the Auto Trader listing (which I made a screenshot of and texted it to him) it to "fight hard" for a deal.  We landed on a price of $11K "out the door" which brought the car price down to $9,850.  I thought I had a good deal thinking I was getting a low mileage car in good condition.  I later found the car on your website with a listing of $10,988.  I should've taken a screen shot of it but if it was listed at $12,988 (per Tyler's text), why would the listing price be $10,988 on AutoTrader and listed at the same price on your website?   My presumptions about the car's condition was based on my interaction with Tyler when I asked about any damages to the car, "The front and back bumper/fender look like nothing has happened."  While I take some responsibility in inspecting the car upon purchase, I don't believe he was fully transparent as to the damage.  Perhaps I was in the wrong to trust and take what he said at face value. When we came to see the vehicle that Saturday morning, it was raining and because we were trying to inspect the vehicle in the rain, we rushed through and didn't see the damage on the front right bumper, big scratch on the left rear bumper and other large flaws (driver's side rear view mirror), the dried out weatherstripping in all 4 windows (which I've already replaced). It was difficult to see the car's condition with all the water on the car as well.  I also asked if the previous owner was a smoker as the smell was covered by some type of air freshener but he didn't know. Now that the air freshener has dissipated, the car smells like smoke and my entire family is very sensitive to smoke.  I just spent $650 on fixing an axle leak and $150 on a second key FOB and will now need to spent another few hundred on a complete interior detail to get rid of the smoke.  So now, with all the unforeseen expenses, I'm now regretting purchasing the car from Gardena. What started as a positive experience has taken a downturn to say the least.  I know I purchased the car "as-is" but I also don't feel like Tyler and GH were also being completely upfront.  Thanks for taking the time to read my response and if there's anything you or GH can help with how I'm feeling, I'm happy to discuss this with you.
