It took 3 days to get the paperwork done. Each day, I waited and waited. It took hours... Long story short, I the final price on paper was $3000 more that what was verbally agreed upon. And I know it was because I was so exhausted coming straight from work 3 nights in a row, waiting hours for the paperwork, and the fact that it was cold, dark, and late (after 9pm). Was it their plan all along? I don't know. More
