Hola hace unos dias lleve mi auto a este dealer para servicio y estoy disgustado con el servicio y atencion de esta locacion. 1. Yo page por el servicio VIP SERVICE PASS y si me hicieron el trabajo de cambio de aceite y filtro pero no me llenaron el fluido de frenos. 2. En la multipoint inspeccion notaron que el filtro de aire estaba sucio y tambien que la luz de dia derecha de pasajero no prendia y no me llamaron para ofrecer si queria hacer el servicio, solo pusieron que el cliente no quiere hacer el trabajo, eso es mentira porque nunca me llamaron. 3. El carro hacia un sonido en frente y cuando checkeo habian dejado el sostenedor del hood en una mala posicion y casi cerca a una banda que gira, lo bueno es que no llego a tocarlo porque si no iva ver un problema. 4. Lo mas importante es que, desde que lleve mi auto ese mismo dia eh tenido problema con mi seat belt, al comienzo lo note que quedaba flojo y no volvia a su posicion normal y lo deje pasar y pense que se solucionaria facil pero ahora con los dias ah empeorado y por lo que parece se ah quedado enganchado con algo que lo hace incomodo y ajustado al ponermelo. Por favor tenga consideracion en leer esto y la razon por la que la contesto por aqui es que llame pero ya estaban cerrados. Eh estado ocupado con trabajo y no eh podido contestar antes.
