They took my car early, gave me a time quote and exceeded that expectation by finishing early. I appreciate that. I know they have a lot of cars but when you can time it out to where your customers feel like that expectation by finishing early. I appreciate that. I know they have a lot of cars but when you can time it out to where your customers feel like they can get their car back in a timely manner, that goes a long way. I’ll likely be back here because it isint much more effort for me to come to Gardena when I’m used to waiting 3 hours at DTLA Honda. Thanks guys. More
A person we worked was nice and helpful, and we don't have anything against him. We said what's the total monthly lease payment we're willing to pay and his sales manager approved that. Even after correcting that our city had a lower tax %, the lease payment presented to us went down. We thought it's total we're going to pay, especially that different tax rate changed the monthly payment and because we said many times how much total we're willing to pay. Unfortunately, at the end of signing all lease documents, it turned out we're going to pay about $50 more than agreed and finance person told us it's because sales department probably didn't included taxes and fees (even that we wanted to know TOTAL payment). That felt really dishonest and shady, and that part of the whole experience was really bad. More
