Dexter was amazing, he made me give this dealership one star. DJ that floor manager was so passive aggressive it was disgusting. Every second he was involved he made the purchase process extremely uncomfortable. The vehicle I purchased wasn’t even ready to be test driven for a week. So DJ pressuring me was baffling because I was signing for a car I hadn’t even test driven yet which I didn’t mind because I was looking for a specific vehicle. I gave this dealership two extra days to get the vehicle ready, and upon my arrival it still was not in any condition to be driven and had not had a safety inspection. Jasmine one of the finance managers was so sweet and explained everything so clearly and also made the process feel enjoyable for a few minutes. Once the car was ready I was immediately getting updates and requests to come pick up the car, which I did it was time to finalize the contract. Brian another finance manager had a nasty attitude when it came to the questions I had and what was discussed with jasmine. He seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to entertain anything I was saying. At this point I was ready to get the car and leave. Nothing about this experience besides the moments I spent with Dexter and jasmine was pleasant. I would love to recommend Dexter to everyone but ill refrain to avoid my love ones coming into contact with these desensitized individuals. I understand at the end of the day this is a sales business but with the money you guys make it wouldn’t hurt to at least pretend you car about the establishment you work for and have kindness for people you come into contact with. More
