Gardena Honda Review I initially had a smooth transaction with Gardena Honda when purchasing a car, but the experience quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal due to their lack of clear communic transaction with Gardena Honda when purchasing a car, but the experience quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal due to their lack of clear communication. A few days after the purchase, I received a letter stating that the sale was being canceled because they could not assign the contract to a financial institution they regularly work with. The letter demanded that I return the car immediately and promised a refund of my down payment. Naturally, I was worried and reached out to them multiple times via calls and texts, but I received no response. Feeling uncertain and anxious about the situation, I decided to purchase a different car elsewhere. When I arrived at Gardena Honda to return the car as instructed, I was told that the letter was automatically sent out and that the deal was actually finalized. Now, I am stuck with two cars because of their poor communication and misleading process. This experience has been unnecessarily stressful, and I feel that Gardena Honda’s failure to communicate properly and promptly has left me in an unfortunate and avoidable predicament. I would caution others to be aware of potential issues with communication and clarity before engaging in business with this dealership. More
