When I last brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, I requested that my service advisor, Dale, provide me with a quote for repairing a small paint chip on the exterior. Unfortunately, that request was overlooked, and by the time I returned to follow up, Mr. Dale had already left for the day. As a result, I was unable to obtain the estimate, which has required additional time and effort on my part. While I understand that oversights can occur, I do place value on efficiency and follow-through, especially when my schedule requires coordinating service visits around work and other obligations. For that reason, I would respectfully prefer to work with another advisor going forward to ensure my requests are fully addressed. More
We have not received a call back in over a week. I have not received any details about the charger that was advertised. I have not received my car or any updates. Every person we’ve dealt with at Gardena has brushed us off after receiving our deposit. The place does NOT value customers. We will be returning to Toyota for our next purchase. More
