It was the worst experience ever having to deal with. I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima around June 2011 and I was promised by the salesman and finance manager that they would do everything they can for me a bought a 2006 Nissan Altima around June 2011 and I was promised by the salesman and finance manager that they would do everything they can for me and my family to get the best deal on the vehicle. I have no experience in financing a car so, I trusted these guys knew what they were doing. I was promised to come back in a year and they would take my trade in for a 2012 Nissan Altima and they also promised me and my family that our monthly payment should roughly be around the same amount. In May 2012 I went back to them to do the trade and the salesman that was helping me out had said that whoever sold you this car and approved this deal would never do this to their own family or friends...I asked the salesman what happened? And he said that he couldn't believe I bought this 2006 Nissan Altima for $16,900 and the car was only worth half of that amount, not to mention the mileage that was already on the car when they sold it to me....I was not only angry, but hurt knowing that I put all my trust in these people and they took advantage of me and my family..."NEVER AGAIN" would I go back....I would tell anyone who is considering to finance a car, "DON'T go to GARDENA NISSAN... Who knows how many other people that went to this dealer that are in the same situation as me?!?!? "People please look into the situation before jumping into it to fast...Do your research first!! I got the most amazing service from my internet sales manager Victor Ramirez. He spoke with me over the phone for days before I came down to the dealership since I live in Orange County. So convenient since I don't live close!! He was sure he'd be able to make it happen for me and he did. He went over inventory with me and found the exact car I wanted. Victor worked hard to get the most amazing deal on the car and the offer was one I couldn't refuse! When it was all done, I was comfortable and happy with the deal he offered me for my new car. I absolutely LOVE my new Nissan Altima! I wasnt sure what i wanted when i came in to loOk for a new car.
