My mother explained clearly that she could not afford a down payment, yet he still tried to manipulate her into taking on two car notes. He used vague, misleading language that someone unfamiliar with the process could easily interpret as a trade-in. This wasn’t a misunderstanding—it was a calculated tactic. When I stepped in to ask questions and advocate for my mother, Mohammed’s response was condescending, inappropriate, and unprofessional. He made multiple misogynistic, personal remarks to me—including calling me “horrible,” implying I frequent pawn shops, asking why I wasn’t smiling, and suggesting my mother would get a better deal if I didn’t come with her next time. These were not just bad customer service moments—they were deeply inappropriate and unethical actions from someone in a position of power, aimed at silencing and controlling women, especially those he perceived as uninformed or vulnerable. Let me be clear: the sales representatives were respectful, and this review is not about them. But Mohammed’s behavior and business practices should disqualify him from leadership entirely. He’s not just bad for the dealership—he’s dangerous to the integrity of the customer experience and community trust. If you are a manager, an owner, or affiliated with Nissan corporate in any way, I urge you to look into how this location is being run. And if you’re a potential customer—especially if you’re a woman, elder, or someone unfamiliar with car-buying—please do not go to Gardena Nissan. This is about principle, protection, and accountability. We deserve better. More

Service completed but 3 hours for oil change with an appointment is a bit much.
