I was delayed for in my day for 6 hours. First, Gardena Nissan performed the work that included a valve cover and gasket replacement in November 2024. I returned because the work had failed, per a tech at Jiffy lube, who i commissioned to do my tune-up. The service rep Carlos informed me it would take 4 house for diagnostic, and that I couldn't get a loaner nor a rental until warranty repair was approved. Reluctant I agreed, he sent me home in an Uber. More than 4 hous passed no phone call from Carlos. I called and Carlos informed me that the warranty had been approved. I inquired about a loaner. Carlos claimed no loaner nor rental was available. Carlos asked me to bring my car back in 2 days, it was a Thursday. I was frustrated and highly disappointed. I pushed back. Although the work was completed about 2 hours before closing Carlos wanted to send me an Uber at 5:30 pm. I will never use Gardena Nissan again and I am writing a public review about my experience. I don't want to discuss the Service Team as they were nice and courteous. Just Nissan Sentra as a product. I have been getting a Check Engine lights so often it has become almost a ritual. Every other month I am taking it in with a P0101 code. I even took it to a outside repair for a 2nd opinion back in April just so I could pass the smog. If it was a such thing as a lemon law for used cars this would be in the list. I bought the car new. More
Very unprofessional wasted a lot of time manager rude not sympathetic very disrespectful unapologetic. A mistake was made I can uderstand that. The technician locked the car key in the car after I left. Then they called me to come back after 45 minutes.....All I needed them to do was reset the car key so I can start my car. When I spoke to the manager about how inconvenient this is as a customer and he kept cutting me off and didnt care. I asked him if I didnt not have an extra key then how would they been able to get the key out and he said uhh we would have been able to get it out. So I asked him well why they just didnt do that to begin with. Then he said well in a perfect world this would not happen....so I asked so I dont understand if yall could get the key out without me then why not just do it and he just went around the bush matter of fact he act like he didnt even know the incident happen. This was horrible experience. They didnt offer a percent off the price maybe a free car wash nothing but rude and dry attitude! More
