Very unprofessional wasted a lot of time manager rude not sympathetic very disrespectful unapologetic. A mistake was made I can uderstand that. The technician locked the car key in the car after I left. Then they called me to come back after 45 minutes.....All I needed them to do was reset the car key so I can start my car. When I spoke to the manager about how inconvenient this is as a customer and he kept cutting me off and didnt care. I asked him if I didnt not have an extra key then how would they been able to get the key out and he said uhh we would have been able to get it out. So I asked him well why they just didnt do that to begin with. Then he said well in a perfect world this would not happen....so I asked so I dont understand if yall could get the key out without me then why not just do it and he just went around the bush matter of fact he act like he didnt even know the incident happen. This was horrible experience. They didnt offer a percent off the price maybe a free car wash nothing but rude and dry attitude! More
I don't want to discuss the Service Team as they were nice and courteous. Just Nissan Sentra as a product. I have been getting a Check Engine lights so often it has become almost a ritual. I took my vehicle in for a battery issue on my 2023 Nissan Ariya. I also brought it in for the rear deck cover would keep detaching and flop around. I left my car for about 3 hours. and after reviewing the paperwork nothing was done on the battery other than saying watch how you drive and other items that are pointing the blame towards me which are issues of power going out of the car and not into the car. they didn't even test the battery they didn't do anything other than put the blame on me. I wasn't very happy about that I was supposed to get a call from the service manager and to the state I still have not gotten one. I have the documentation of this issue and a very dissatisfied. also as far as the deck wood cover all they did was snap it back in and it's still flops around! and with that I'm very dissatisfied I'll probably take it over to Torrance Nissan and if I don't get satisfaction over there I'll take it to Downey Nissan. All I'm getting after a full charge is 250 mi range. I'm supposed to be getting 289. I'd like to know where's my other 40 miles. and I'm guessing no one's going to read this or take action on it. why should they have to service manager couldn't call me back why would anybody else? if I don't get satisfaction on these two items I'll take it up to corporate and I think they'd be interested to hear about this. have a great day More
