Went in for a repair and was told that it would cost 2500 for the repair. They called me several days later saying the repair is now 3600. They claim they got the wrong part and the new part is more expensiv for the repair. They called me several days later saying the repair is now 3600. Decided not to get the repair, as the part could be bought at other dealerships for 1600. They lied about the price of the part More

I was told an hour and a half for oil change. It took over 2 hours. The lounge area was dirty and the complementary coffee machine didn't work.
