my service was only an oil change which i have no complaints about however the customer service was a different story. As a young women I was comforted with the fact that my service advisor was a wom complaints about however the customer service was a different story. As a young women I was comforted with the fact that my service advisor was a women as well but off the bat i felt like she did not really want to help me. i asked her if i had warranty and she repeatedly told me she did not see anything. i understand that it is my responsibility to kept track of what i initially purchased however after asking again i did purchase a warranty packet but she did not want to explain what was included. i requested an uber to go home which she gave me attitude about but ordered it for me then i get a notification that the uber was cancelled but the driver was at the dealership which i found weird. she asked where my destination was and said it was too far ( El Segundo) and asked what i needed to do at home. this is such a simple question however it just caught me off guard as she had an attitude and it should not be her concern. I can understand her frustration as it is just a simple oil change to her but i work at W.I Simonson Mercedes in the service department as well and this type of customer service is unacceptable because if a customer has a question i will do my best to provide them with an answer. from my understanding i thought i had a free oil change but it was at stadium nissan however once it was not free i asked a technician from my job if he can do it for me. i told her i would like to just take my car and they will do it for me at my job but since i signed i was not able to. this was not a problem however she asked me where i worked and once i told her, her attitude changed. i am not too sure why but i just found it interesting. i am aware of the importance of these questionnaires which is why i ignored the first few notifications about it because i know the impact it has on the service advisors. i will say she did give me a discount since it was my first service there which i do appreciate but i just feel that my experience could have been better. i am sorry to say i rather drive to stadium nissan and have a warmer experience than only drive 12 minutes to this dealership. An oil change takes an hour and a half at Gardena Nissan- only 30min elsewhere, plus there's always an inaccurate listing of issues to be addressed- like "torn windshield wipers"- cost $120 and mine aren't t only 30min elsewhere, plus there's always an inaccurate listing of issues to be addressed- like "torn windshield wipers"- cost $120 and mine aren't torn and work fine. Gardena Nissan also left my oil a full quart LOW, barely touched the end of the dipstick- extremely BAD as this could destroy my engine. I add myself as it's not a place I'll go back to. More
