If I know what I want, they will find a way to make it happen. They are not pushy at all. They were fast to greet me. They gave me more for my trade than originally discussed to make the deal happen. This is my 4th vehicle purchased from Garlyn Shelton. On one of my vehicles... they looked over the deal... determined I was over charged, and sent a check for the difference, They are obviously a business and are trying to make money, but they don't take advantage. They even delayed 24 hours on the signing so they could get me better financing, when they could have let me sign on day one and locked in the deal. Phillip and Winnie did a great job representing Garlyn Shelton as well as taking care of me. Highly recommend. More
