Purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate back in December 2025 utilizing the on line purchase service. Purchased a flight from Alabama to the dealership only to be deceived. Spoke with the salesman December 2025 utilizing the on line purchase service. Purchased a flight from Alabama to the dealership only to be deceived. Spoke with the salesman multiple times keeping him up to date with my arrival time. Upon arrival I was greeted with a handshake and a smile only to lied to. Upon receiving my truck I was issued only one key fob. I immediately asked where's the other key fob. The salesman quickly stated that they took the truck in on trade and that he would get the other key fob emphasizing that people come in looking a vehicles and end up making purchases and later bring back the spare key, ensuring me that he would mail me the key. Well here it is 5 months later and still no key. At one point I would receive updates via text. I have called, texted and attempted to call the salesman, only to find that his voicemail was full. Future buyers BEWARE the on line purchase system it's flawed! Hopefully someone will reach out to me and we can discuss false promises. More
