Everyone was professional there was no rushing us to choose a vehicle. Eloy our salesman was very professional and informative. I would like to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the delivery and post-delivery handling of my 2026 GMC Yukon. The delivery itself was subpar. The vehicle was delivered nearly on disappointment with the delivery and post-delivery handling of my 2026 GMC Yukon. The delivery itself was subpar. The vehicle was delivered nearly on empty, which is unacceptable for a new vehicle handoff. Additionally, the key card did not work at delivery, and I was only given one key fob, issues that should have been resolved before the vehicle ever left the dealership. What is most frustrating is the misinformation I was given regarding all weather floor mats. I was explicitly told to come into the dealership because the dealer would provide me with a discount on the mats. However, when I arrived and Sal and I went to the parts department, I was told there was no discount available at all. This raises a serious question: why was I told a discount would be provided when that was clearly not the case? I made the trip based on that assurance, only to be turned away. To add to this, I traded in my 2023 Yukon largely because I was spending nearly every weekend in January in the service department. Now, with a brand-new 2026 Yukon, I already have to schedule another service appointment to address the same key card issue that should have been handled before delivery. In my opinion this entire experience reflects a lack of coordination, accountability, and attention to detail that I did not expect when purchasing a new vehicle—especially after the service issues that prompted the trade-in in the first place.
