Marcy in the parts department was so professional and followed up with me as to the status of my order. She was friendly and helpful and I am glad she was the one assisting me. Cadillacs will sell themselves and if you ever sat in one you would know why. That being said it is helpful to have a sales team that can answer your questions, show you the additional features you don’t see online. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase either of the cars I test drove. I was satisfied with the deal I agreed to. I love my car and would definitely return if I ever wanted another Cadillac.
