My experience with Garlic Shelton VW of Temple was outstanding, beginning with a greeting from an associate that led us to Ted, through financing and taking possession of my new ride. I knew what I w outstanding, beginning with a greeting from an associate that led us to Ted, through financing and taking possession of my new ride. I knew what I was looking for in model and color, Ted led us to our choices with all the ins and outs and explanations allowing us to make my selection. He introduced me to the Mr. Miranda since I was trading in my vehicle and offered me a surprising trade price, and one that I didn't have to counter for more! Yeah shocking!! I was all set and ready to sign papers therefore, Ted introduced us to Damain that explained additional options and extended warranties. He was very through in explaining why each document needed signatures and with their electronic system it kinda made the process - fun. After conclusion of finance Damain turned us back over to Ted that had my new ride all cleaned up, fueled up and ready to roll in. Ted once again was tremendously courteous, patient and knowledgeable in going over Everything. The electronics and setup is much more than I had, so Ted explained until I was comfortable. Even told me to call him with any questions or stop by if something came up. Now that is what I call, great customer service! Thank you all so much for a fantastic experience, I will definitely be a repeat customer!! More
