I felt like I was important to Sal. I brought my Passat in for service on April 17. Sal had the rental car ready and efficiently went over any issues I was having with the car. Sal called Thursday morning to let me know the car was ready - all serviced and inspected - fixed my key - ordered a part for the back seat. When I picked up my car everything was smooth. Parked the rental in the breezeway - got my paperwork - paid my bill - Rick was there as promised to go over my paint repair and I was on my way.
