I would say that my experience with Sal and Chris definitely had the most impact on my decision to purchase the new vehicle. I will admit, pricing definitely plays a key roll in decision making for me when it comes to any new purchases, but customer service puts it over the top. And that is exactly what Sal and Chris did.
