SERVICE SUCKS Took car into service, asked for a oil change and tires rotation. Just got oil change and all these recomendations that i am happy i did not fall Took car into service, asked for a oil change and tires rotation. I asked for tires rotation but did not get and was not made aware of it but initially charged for it. So the next day i called to ask why my tires were not rotated and it took Brandon 1 full day to figure out why, then i was supposed to be refunded but then was charged again!!!!! Without any courtesy call stating there error. I had to call and ask why was i charged and just got a response "oh we put in the refund today for double to amount" WELL IF YOU KNEW THAT YOU CHARGED ME AGAIN THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY ON THERE PART BOUGHT CAR FROM HERE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Go to the Delaware Smith VW where service is cheaper and no tax for service!!!! I stopped in on 6/23 and the ever so unhelpful service tech said no one can look at my car until 7/5. I said "you must be kidding". He simply stated "hard to believe isn't it". I am very easy going, but it was obvious no one cared. Two other managers were standing close by and no one responded. ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! I have a very successful sales career for 30 years, because I always take care of the customer. Not my experience here!!! More
