I bought my Saab here, and have had occasion to have it serviced there, and to purchase parts there. This is what all car dealers should strive to be. I feel like I am part of their family when I go in there. Great, professional service!

I just went to Garry Small Saab to have the top fixed on my 2003 9-3 convert. The service writer I dealt with was one of the rudest people I have had to deal with in a long time. While waiting for my car to be fixed I noticed all of the signs posted around the dealership saying "complimentary car wash with all vehicles serviced". Once my car was done he told me that the repair was going to be more than quoted originally.....I said ok....he also forgot to replace the battery in my key....I said ok.....then I noticed that the car hadn't been washed like promised! So I asked about it and pointed out all of the signs around the dealership. He told me that "maybe next time I should call for an appointment". I then said that the signs said nothing about needing an appointment....he replied that "well I don't have anyone here to do it, so sorry"
I run car dealerships and if any of my employees treated our customers like I was treated today.....they would be let go.
