TLDR: Hyundai brand is great, salesman Troy and scheduling are not. The car (Elantra) is great,but Troy in Sales is not. I have had several terrible experiences with him at thw dealership. The scheduling are not. The car (Elantra) is great,but Troy in Sales is not. I have had several terrible experiences with him at thw dealership. The salesperson Troy was unhelpful, and the overall service was disappointing. Took 2 months to schedule a detailing they promised after purchasing, only for that to be rescheduled. As a result, missed 2 of their Service appointments. The service department has had to reschedule me with last minute cancelation to fix a tail light and made me use up a couple days of PTO unnecessarily as a result. More
