Customer Experience I had the absolute pleasure of working with Samara Petty at Garvey Hyundai. I initially went to the lot to look at an Elantra that I had seen online. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Samara Petty at Garvey Hyundai. I initially went to the lot to look at an Elantra that I had seen online. I arrived early to locate the car and Samara came out before they were even open and greeted me and offered to help. I told her what I was looking for but unfortunately someone had already put a deposit on that particular vehicle. Over the next couple of days I continued to look and Samara was incredibly friendly and helpful. I found a 2017 Chevy Sonic that I fell in love with and ended up purchasing. I have had the car for several weeks now and couldn’t be more satisfied. It was truly a pleasure working with Samara and she was incredibly helpful and always available to me. If I had a question or concern that I emailed her about I was answered almost immediately. She even gave me her personal cell number to make communicating easier. As for Garvey Hyundai as a whole I couldn’t be happier. Don got me into the best warranty without raising my monthly payment and was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions as well. I found a couple of dings and dents in the car after I had purchased it and with Samara’s help I was able to schedule an appointment to get the repairs done. Again, couldn’t be happier. I usually have my buddy who is a certified mechanic do all of my repairs and oil changes etc. but I have been so pleased with Garvey that I am going to take the Sonic to them for absolutely everything. Hopefully the prices on oil changes and routine maintenance are reasonable but as far as peace of mind I am confident that I could not find a better place to service my vehicle and have intelligent and friendly conversation. I have had a lot of bad experiences with buying vehicles in the past so this is truly a breath of fresh air. I hope that things continue to go as well as they have been so that I can maintain a long-term relationship with Garvey and trade in this Sonic towards my next new car several years down the road when I am ready.
