He was professioal, friendly and helpful.I live a distance from Glens Falls which meant I needed to make several of the steps to closure via phone and email. Someone was always available to help me and answer my questions even if Mark was not in. I had a gap in funding between what my lender was willing to finance and my funds. I was very disapointed and thought I would not be able to purchase the Kona. Thankfully, Garvey made up the difference and I am driving a new, safe, all wheel drive vehicle. I now feel confident tackeling the winter roads throughout the high peaks region. 🤗 More
