Excellent Customer and Car Service I can't thank them enough for the excellent customer service and car service. Brad, the service technician was courteous and professional, answering I can't thank them enough for the excellent customer service and car service. Brad, the service technician was courteous and professional, answering all my phone calls and answering/explaining all my questions. The office staff was great and always took the time with.me. Not Taken Seriously Went to the dealership with my girlfriend to check out a new car for her. She's never been through the process before and she is graduating college so Went to the dealership with my girlfriend to check out a new car for her. She's never been through the process before and she is graduating college soon, so I wanted to be there to make sure she was asking the right questions and getting the best deal. We didn't really get a chance to seriously talk because once Aschley heard my girlfriend was still in school, it was like we weren't being taken seriously anymore. She became unattentive, uninterested, and rather rude, as if because she is still in school she wouldn't really be able to afford the car. I suppose little did she know that I would be helping secure the financing for the car and when I started to feel unwelcome, I lost interest in pursuing any further. This is a shame because the car is very nice and it was our top pick, but there are better deals and better services within a 2 mile radius, so the search continues. More

New car buying I was a little disappointed the car I went to look at and test drive had been sold 2 hrs prior to my apt. Tom Miller was good, he knew I wanted it.. a I was a little disappointed the car I went to look at and test drive had been sold 2 hrs prior to my apt. Tom Miller was good, he knew I wanted it.. arranged for me to test one exactly like the one I wanted and promised they could have one by the following week.. it took a few days longer than anticipated so to make up for it Tom drove it and the paperwork to my house in Vt to make it as easy as possible for me. I really appreciated Tom and the sales Manager for all their help. More
