I bought a great used car, the sales people are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. But my problem lays with something beyond that. My car out of nowhere started having transmission problems. Yes every very helpful and knowledgeable. But my problem lays with something beyond that. My car out of nowhere started having transmission problems. Yes every car has its problems so I get it, thankfully it happened under warranty. No my problem is they give you a little holder for all the warranty information and on that it says free towing and free estimates come to find out that it’s not the actual dealer that offers that which it seems like not it’s the body shop, so now I have to pay to get it towed to the dealer so they can fix it. Then they decided while I can’t drive that car anymore that they will set the appointment to get it looked at 2 weeks in advance, I said something and thankful he pushed it up a week. Still it’s outrageous that they make you think they are offering free towing but in all reality it’s not. If they are that blatantly obvious over that kind of makes me wonder what else they are hiding. More
