Adam Schroeck was also outstanding. He took the time to understand our financial needs and worked with his available financial institutions to provide excellent financing. Neither gentlemen ever made me feel rushed and they wanted to ensure that I was comfortable with all terms of the purchase prior to finalizing the sale.
