Transmission Warranty Repair I brought my vehicle in because it wasn't acting right, just little things. The tech hooked my vehicle up to the computer but it didn't bring up any repair codes. So they checked my transmission fluid, based on my description of the way my vehicle was acting, and found the fluid dark and metal shavings. My vehicle was still under warranty so we needed approval of the work that needed to be done. The service took a little longer than expected but the service tech explained the difference scenarios that could happen so we were prepared - a few extra hoops to jump through for the warranty service - no worries. I am really pleased with how the service tech kept me in the loop and was very knowledgeable about what to expect from the warranty company and the resulting repairs. More

Don’t go to this dealership. Took in my jeep for recall and oil change. Came back driving Like parking brake was on. They “discovered” this problem and wanted 325.00 or so to fix it. Since they said my only downside of not fixing it would be loss of fuel economy I decided to wait I’ve never had this problem before. But no sooner than leaving the lot sure enough, I experienced a new problem. I’ve had friends talk about how they won’t go back or deal with them now I’m spreading the word. Terrible. More

Dodge Ram 1500 Brought my 2015 Ram in for air suspension issues before the Memorial weekend. Was told the issue was a software issue and that it needed an update.
