Good experience, but didn't get all I needed I took my truck in for a recall appointment, which I had to wait a month for. It was a steering safety recall that had the potential to cause a crash I took my truck in for a recall appointment, which I had to wait a month for. It was a steering safety recall that had the potential to cause a crash, so I was surprised by that. Anyway, when I arrived, I asked for an oil change, a check of my back sliding window not working, and a courtesy wash. 3 hours later, the recall was completed, had to order parts for the window, oil change was done. But, no wash. I was a little disappointed at that. Maybe they were just too busy. But, they didn't say so when I asked, or when the work was done. I just walked outside to a dirty truck. More
