Cannot give a perfect score I have been to this location many times and always had exceptional service. The last time I went in was a detrimental issue which debilitated my abili I have been to this location many times and always had exceptional service. The last time I went in was a detrimental issue which debilitated my ability to have my vehicle forcing me in a rental for a week (for a 5minute fix) already had it apart just needed the part I requested to order and wire harness clicked back in. and had to extend my rental as my requests were not acknowledged initially due to a lack of communication/understanding. Even though in Lieu of circumstances they still did the best they could. I cannot at this time provide an excellent score but I'm not ready to give up on dealership just yet. We shall see how future service goes. More

If a cable company can guarantee service inside of a 6 hour window why can't your department? I would understand if you need to troubleshoot or order parts but that was done a month previously. I was told by service department they would call me when the parts came in, well that never happened surprisingly. Must have been too busy to call the correct number leave a message or send a text. I've already spoken to service manager and provided a full list of concerns but if you need the FULL story as to why I left negative reviews via Facebook and Google call me. If you don't I'll take that as you don't care about customer service. More
