The rest of the process was seamless just really smooth. They explained the pronto me asked if I had any further needs. The time from start of service until the end was fast and flawless I even ordered some trim items for my truck! I will return for my future needs More

Did not have any service done recently at Gary Mathews I am very disturbed by this request. We have not had our vehicle serviced at Gary Mathews recently. We received a couple of text stating our vehicle was not ready; I thought it a mistake with the first text and ignored it. Then another text came a couple of days later asking how our service was? I replied we did not have a vehicle being serviced and received no response. I hope our warranty and information was not being used on someone else's vehicle. More

Needs some training in customer service Because I was never given a chance to review this dealership before (because they put someone else’s email address as mine), I will be reviewing all o Because I was never given a chance to review this dealership before (because they put someone else’s email address as mine), I will be reviewing all of my experiences in this one. I would like to point out that my most recent experience was the best one, but that’s because all of my other experiences were terrible. Bobby and the shuttle driver are the only good employees in the service department. Now let’s reminesce my previous experiences: 1. They do not call you when the part for your car has arrived. I had to call every time and ask if it had arrived. 2. I brought my car in when they said they had the part. They keep it for the day. At the end of the day, they call to tell me they had the wrong part so I picked my car up and rescheduled. So when they said they had the part, I drove my car back there. They call me again and say they have the wrong part AGAIN. But don’t worry, I got it fixed somewhere else. I would not go back here if other places would work on my car, but since I drive a Fiat, it is difficult to find someone to work on it. Hence, I will also not being buying a Fiat again in the future either. Again, I would like to point out that Bobby and the shuttle driver are good employees, but the service department in general needs improvement. More
