Completely terrible We had an engine light come on that took a month to get solved. The communication about what was going on was nonexistent, we always had to text and ask what was going on. The lack of service appointment availability is also beyond ridiculous. More

Good service Recent service consisting of oil change and rotating and balancing the tires. The oil change was excellent as usual. Balancing made a big difference in the rise of the vehicle. However, the tire pressure was adjusted prior to rotating which put 80 lbs of pressure on the front and 60 lbs on the rear, which is opposite of the vehicle specifications for the tires. This caused the tire pressure sensor to activate for the low pressure in the rear. Technician should pay attention to the sequence of service. Otherwise an overall good service. More
