It seem as if it took forever to get my vehicle back. My Vehicle went into the shop before Christmas I believe on the 1st December 2018 vehicle needed a transfer. I guess FCA had to make the part. (Good thing I brought a extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle or I would have been out of $4000.00 not including labor) I was giving a five day rental. Glad I had another car because I could have loss my job waiting on my vehicle to get out of service. I do not blame the Gary Mathews Motors Dealership however after transfer was installed had to wait on transfer control box after FCA close my case it took another week to get that control box installed. Dealership left corroded battery post on passenger front seat. Did not get my vehicle back until 1 March 2019. I believe Clarksville is too big to have that one FCA dealership. It makes you want to buy a Toyota. More

Nicely done So I came in on Friday after around 3:30 and was told would not be seen today. Was told to come back tomorrow. They open at 7 am but be early or might not be able to help change my oil. Was seen at 7 and was out and on my way by 8:45. I own a diesel so know it takes a while. They even offered to help me fill my def after I bought it from them. I was worried the service would be sub par from other dealers in the past. The team did a good job and was helpful in the end. Thank you, will be using your dealer again in the future. Will say though I emailed the service site on Sunday and had to call them on Wednesday because had not received a email back More

Jeep towed twice My Jeep was cutting off and I had it towed to the dealership. They evaluated and found the battery and brakes bad. They fixed in a timely matter. Aft My Jeep was cutting off and I had it towed to the dealership. They evaluated and found the battery and brakes bad. They fixed in a timely matter. Afterwards the Jeep continued to cut off and I had towed again. This time it was the starter. After picking it up the 2nd time my Jeep is running like a brand new vehicle. I was so impressed because my Jeep has over 250k miles but I love the way it’s driving and the effort and care put in to making it better. Thank you!! More
