Work requested was completed I get emails from Sonia Parks who sold us our Pacifica. I don't see her name listed above so I wonder how she generates those emails. My wife scheduled recall work, oil change, tire rotation and flush and refill of the radiator a week in advance. Tracy reserved us a rental since we dropped vehicle off the afternoon before the work was scheduled to be completed. Ryan explained to me about 100,000 miles before first radiator flush and was a wealth of info on that, the oil change and rotation. I received a call from Ryan before 10:00 a.m. the following morning telling us the work was completed. The Tech's took care to keep interior clean and we were very happy with the service. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and will continue to bring our van in for servicing. More

I showed up at the end of the day to find out if it was done just to get told they didn't fix it because the part that was ordered was sent back because I was never told it came in, but when i made the appointment I was told they had the part in?? Great communication isnt it?? Specially when you call several times and you get tokd the part isn't in. But you show up and get told the part is in lets get you an appointment to get it fixed then oh i am sorry but the part was sent back since we never called you to schedule you in. Super stars in that department. More

Awesome Service I used the rapid service for an oil change. Service was fast and perfect. Everyone was really friendly. Limited customer parking Service was good but parking near service is terrible. Also the cashier seemed to be confused and mixing up bills .
