Excellent, compassionate My car was at Gary Matthew's from Dec 5 to the 27th due to my extended warranty company. Anthony was my service writer. He was phenomenal, a great adv My car was at Gary Matthew's from Dec 5 to the 27th due to my extended warranty company. Anthony was my service writer. He was phenomenal, a great advocate for me, detailed task oriented and always a pleasant attitude. In the service industry, we always here the negative, rarely positive. I want to be sure and recognize Anthony. I can see he is a positive asset to Gary Matthew's and I'm sure an exemplary role model of your mission and goals within the company. Also, when I brought my car there, I needed a vehicle to get to work in Nashville that night, Anthony went above and beyond calling around looking for transportation. In the end, he talked to Tracy Roberts and put me in a car from Gary Matthews. Tracy even stayed a little late for me to pick it up. Both Anthony and Tracy were professional and displayed awesome teamwork. I very much appreciate both of them and the great qualities did not go unnoticed. Thanks again Gary Matthew's and your team.
