Good Service Center I had a significant issue with my new vehicle (2018) and the service department stuck with it until they were sure of complete resolution, ultimately I had a significant issue with my new vehicle (2018) and the service department stuck with it until they were sure of complete resolution, ultimately replacing 3 major components. I was give a comparable vehicle on loan for the 3 days my vehicle was in the shop, at no change. Tracy was very pleasant to work with. Ryan kept me informed daily of what was being done, which was helpful. Unfortunately, he was not available when my vehicle was done and Bobby Morales assured me there would be a service manager or technician to walk my husband through all of the things that were done when we picked it up but when we went to pick it up in the morning there was no one who could explain or show us what had been done. The vehicle is working properly now, so I am sure it is fine, but as the owner of a vehicle with less then 5000 miles on it I wanted to fully understand what had happened and what had been replaced. More

Warranty repair with the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty Check engine light kept coming on. Took it in and it required a replacement of one of the cylinder heads. I knew it would be in the shop for awhile. Check engine light kept coming on. Took it in and it required a replacement of one of the cylinder heads. I knew it would be in the shop for awhile. Dealership put me in a loaner for two weeks so I was in no hurry to get my Rubicon back. I was happy when I did get it back though, and It ran better than before. Good job to the service department. All the work was covered by the warranty. Very pleased. More
