Awful Took in vehicle for warranty work. It turned into a month plus ordeal. They charge you for diagnosing problems you don’t want or can’t afford to fix. Took in vehicle for warranty work. It turned into a month plus ordeal. They charge you for diagnosing problems you don’t want or can’t afford to fix. They said they found the problem... threw parts at it... didn’t fix it... did they same thing two more times over the next month!!!! Wouldn’t help pay for a rental. Oh and they never will contact you to tell you what is going on ! I had to call multiple times a week to see what was going on and when I could get my vehicle so I could stop trying to car pool or use my wife’s car when she didn’t have to work. It was the worst service I have ever been through when it comes to service centers and on top of everything.... I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY TRUCK THAT I ORIGANLLY TOOK IN TO GET FIXED !!!!!!!!!! Insane !!!! Either they just don’t care or their mechanics are that bad. Do not use their service center by any means. More

Lack of communication Not a great experience at all from the poor customer service and communication down to the multiple quotes and estimates. Everyone gets busy at work Not a great experience at all from the poor customer service and communication down to the multiple quotes and estimates. Everyone gets busy at work but when you are too busy to provide good customer service and accurate estimates it puts people in a real bind. My vehicle would at least start up and drive for a short amount of time when I brought it in but since they had to take the engine apart and put it back together it is now in operable. 1st quote $598 then $825. Seriously? More

You broke my car during routine oil change, I brought my RAM van in for a routine scheduled oil change. Your mechanic broke the oil cooler, then said oil leaking from it was normal overflow when I brought my RAM van in for a routine scheduled oil change. Your mechanic broke the oil cooler, then said oil leaking from it was normal overflow when questioned. I had to bring it back twice the same day, before the error was admitted. It took 5 days to get the replacement part and repair it. More
Service team smoked in car - owner is allergic I dropped off my 2016 Ram truck to get 3 recalls repaired. The vehicle had never been smoked in, because the owner is allergic to cigarette smoke. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I nearly vomited due to the smoke smell in the truck. I brought it to the attention of the service manager and he apologized, but acted as if that was enough. I said I wanted to speak to the dealership manager and was taken to the sales manager. He had a similar reaction as the service manager, but offered the vehicle to be detailed. I took him up in his offer, but it wasn’t until I stated that this is my daily use vehicle that they put me in a priority cue. Initially they said “they could get to it in a week or two” and said I only need to run my AC with my windows down and the smell would eventually go away. Keep in mind, it is fall and the temperatures are in the 40’s and it’s raining every other day. I had previously bought 4 vehicles from this dealership, but this single interaction has made up my mind. I will not only buy my vehicles from the other Dodge/Ram dealership, but will also not take my vehicle to this dealership for any services or recalls in the future. Very disappointed. More
