Quite satisfied.....The only problem was there were no swizzle sticks to stir the coffee. Transmission issues/ Customer service The several times I have come to this location I have not been impressed. #1 everyone is slammed so new customers often don’t get the full attention a The several times I have come to this location I have not been impressed. #1 everyone is slammed so new customers often don’t get the full attention and proper service needed. #2 I have told the service associate three times in the last 5 months that my 2017 car has transmission issues and I feel it was not taken seriously bc my car is only 2 yrs old. #3 You know there are issues when other people you talk to about the service at this location say don’t go there because they don’t fix the problem they just check the box. (4x people). Those serving are polite and responsive and respectful, but just overworked and get treated probably like my of the army personnel, like crap. Work becomes all about the numbers and if you’re in the green. Quality of life sucks because no one likes work and are always stressed out thus miss small things in the service department that customers bring to their attention and the job gets done half-way or not at all just to pay the bills. Taking my service elsewhere. More

Warranty work Had noise coming from front of engine. Mike in service diagnosed it as water pump which I had already received a letter extending my warranty due to h Had noise coming from front of engine. Shortly before 10oo I was on my way with new water pump and thermostat. Couldn't ask for better service. More
