Extremely unsatisfied Twice this year we have had to bring in our Ram, and both times they have kept the vehicle for over 2 weeks. Every time we call to ask about it they said other cars have been brought in that need to be diagnosed before they will work on ours. It's kind of ridiculous to expect someone to go without a vehicle for over 2 weeks. They never offered to give a loaner car and never called to inform us of anything. The only time we would get an update is when we call them. Very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere next time. More
