Shoddy Maintenance Worst service I have had at any dealer I have ever visited. Came in for airbag recall and allowed the service department to do an oil change as well. Once the Jeep was supposedly through quality control as my advisor told me I paid my bill and went to my Jeep. It had a hood latch undone so I decided to open the hood and see what else was wrong. I am glad I did since the engine inlet cover was still not installed but just laying there on the side. I was told it just fastens real easy. Wow that’s all you have to say? The advisor popped it into place I look over the Jeep and headed to work. What a mistake not doing a once over onsite, found a part in my cup holder once at work. I called and then emailed a picture to the dealership to figure out what this part was since I am now concerned that they botched the airbag replacement as well and it turns out it was a dash piece left off. I was emailed the install instructions and a note that said the mechanic was very sorry. Wow is all I can say, I have no idea if the oil was actually changed or the recall was actually done after this fiasco. I have sent a note to Chrysler requesting a safety check from and independent dealer since I am concerned about any of my passengers safety now. More

Disappointing lack of timeframe. I was disappointed in the amount of time it took the Service department to even get to my vehicle and give me just a diagnosis of the problem, much le I was disappointed in the amount of time it took the Service department to even get to my vehicle and give me just a diagnosis of the problem, much less fix it. I had an expectation that they would get to it, at least first thing Tuesday after the 4th when it came in on the Thursday prior..... I was wrong. It was a few more days after that. Then when I would call to see if they at least trouble-shot the problem, I was given excuses like the tech that does those procedures isn't there that day, or we're understaffed today and won't get to it today, but we'll call when it goes in. As a customer, I already have a problem. I'm out a primary vehicle. Telling me that your problems being understaffed or failure to have the correct staff members present, constitues you making your problems, my problems and it's a bad way to do business. I work in customer service and maintenance. I never make my lack of service staff, the customers problem. I always ensure the correct people are present, or at least have a back-up person to maintain a timely maintenance schedule for equipment or our helicopters to minimize a vehicle being down. I never tell a customer that I don't have the necessary resources available to take care of their problem. Just some advice. Costumer service interaction was great and friendly, just the execution of service was rather poor in my opinion. More
