The price was just a bit higher than my research would've led me to expect, and the commercials they were running on TV were misleading in that the rebate promised only applied to specific models, something not mentioned in the advertisement - so overall I ended up paying a bit more than I thought I would going in. This one complaint aside, everything else was handled exactly how I like it - efficiently and professionally. More
