We had visited numerous dealerships and ended up buying our Tucson from Gary Rome. The people here made us feel very comfortable and we didn't feel pressured into buying anything like we did at other Hyun our Tucson from Gary Rome. I had originally planned on going to an entirely different dealership, but ended up at Gary Rome Hyundai. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was feeling a little overwhelmed different dealership, but ended up at Gary Rome Hyundai. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was feeling a little overwhelmed. Mark was GREAT! He gave me and my boyfriend a chance to walk around the lot and look at the cars before coming over and introducing himself. He wasn't pushy at all, and really seemed to care about me getting a good car and having a good expierence as a first time buyer. I bought a 2007 Kia Rondo and I LOVE her!!! Mark even remebered that I named her Violet. He went way above and beyond, and that was after the car was sold. He is a great person and I would recomend Gary Rome Hyundai to anyone buying a car, and I would DEFINITLY say go to Mark when you get there! More
I bought my sweet Kia Soul at Gary Rome Kia in Enfield CT but live in Holyoke so this is a much more convenient place to bring it for service. They are terrific! We told him we would stop by this evening, but decided to go right away. Went to dealership and Bill was out to lunch, they called him and he came back with 5 minutes. Within 4 hours Bill put my 21 year old daughter in a very safe , beautifull 2011 Hyundai. Bill spent alot of time showing her all the bells and wistles this car had to offer. The people that work there are great. After owning about 6 cars in my life time, Gary Rome Hyundai will be the only place I would ever buy a car from. I have a new appreciation for buying a car. Rick made contact from an Internet request and intro to Mark Baron and Cliff who worked on our trade in and crunched numbers. Then as we were finishing the deal Keith went to the Sales Manager and asked fo Mark Baron and Cliff who worked on our trade in and crunched numbers. It was a pleasure to be met at the door when I came to drop my car off for it's first oil change since buying the car back in April. The staff was just as friendly today as they were when I first came to drop my car off for it's first oil change since buying the car back in April. My sales person Jason Cisek came right over and asked me how I was liking the car and if I was still happy with my decision to go back into a sedan after being in a SUV for years.
