They have always provided prompt – courteous service with a smile. They have continuously provided me with clear – accurate descriptions of the cost and service to be performed. A few steps away from the Service Department is where a different breed of professionals labor their days away. The Sales Staff is friendly – informative – and eager to answer any customer questions. Most noteworthy is John Linnehan. He sold me my first car and was available to sell me the second car. He never made me feel pressured and keeps the customer in a comfortable frame of mind. With his vast knowledge and ability to deliver the information with his low keyed voice and broad smile, it is nearly impossible to walk away without buying from John. While my wife and I were processing the financial and administrative documents, John was busy registering our vehicle with Blue Links and assembling other informational materials for our use. He systematically explained all important features of the vehicle and demonstrated many of the electronics in the cabin and under the hood. He spent nearly two hours of his day off from work to insure our needs were met. His demeanor, and that of the entire Gary Rome family, will definitely mean I have one place to shop for my cars. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle shop around, but, do not buy a car until you have visited the Gary Rome family in Holyoke, Massachusetts. When we visited Gary Rome we were just starting the process of looking for a new car. Michael Pijar was very well versed in all the Hyundai models. He new what car had what features and really convinced us that the Hyundai was right for us. We looked at the Honda and the Nissans, but were clearly sold with the Hyundai. Michael strikes a great balance between being an effective salesperson and still not being pushy. John is very easy to talk to , and after a few minutes you get a very comfortable feeling, like you've known John for years. John treated me and my wife Donna, exactly the way I would like to be treated. John helped me buy an Elantra. The price was good, and what I got for my Honda as a trade, was exactly what I was hoping to get. I have to give Jessica Reid a rating of 10 also, for the same reasons as John. It doesn't take long to feel relaxed talking to Jessica. It seemed like a mountain of paperwork, but Jessica made it easy and in a short amount of time. Everything was explained and all questions were answered with no surprises. Jessica also took the extra time and found me a lower interest rate than the one quoted. Again, I wish I could find a word better than OUTSTANDING to describe Jessica. I'd like to thank John and Jessica for all they did to help me buy another Hyundai.
