David Sweeny My wife and I stopped by the used car lot at Gary Smith Ford in FWB. We saw a Jeep that caught our eye and wanted to know more about it. David Sweeny came out and answered all of my questions and then some, he was very knowledgeable about the Jeep. We went in and David got the price of the Jeep and the keys and we went for a ride. My wife and I really liked the Jeep. I am not the kind of customer who makes a decision without thinking about it. He brought his sales manager ( John Knight) over to talk to me but I explained that we were not taking the Jeep home that day. I could tell that they were disappointed but they understood and respected me and my decision. I went back with the intent of buying the Jeep but I first had to 'haggle' with David and John. Once we came to a deal that we both felt good about, I bought the Jeep. David had the Jeep cleaned and it looked great! I appreciate the fact that they respected my position and let the deal flow at my speed istead of at the speed that they probably wanted. My wife and I are very satisfied!!! More
