Finding a dealership that we were comfortable working with was the challenge. After internet searches, phone calls around the region, and development of an extensive spreadsheet, we finally decided to drive to Ft. Walton (60 miles from home) to test drive and select a car. Jeremy was very helpful and took the time to answer all of the questions of our son, who was uncertain of which exact model he wanted. We settled on a very fair price, and when it was time to pick up the new sporty Civic coupe, Jeremy had all the paperwork ready and took my son step-by-step through the process, since it was my son's first time with a car-buying experience. Thanks again for the excellent buying experience all the way around. We will be back to buy our next Honda there. More

Andy was our salesperson and it was a pleasure working with him. I'd done extensive research on the CR-V and HR-V and Andy was extremely well versed on each vehicles' technical specifications and it was obvious that he had taken time to familiarize himself with all the new features and gadgets as well. While Andy's depth of technical knowledge was refreshing, what made the difference for us was his relaxed and friendly personality. As one small example, at one point he offered to walk inside and give us a chance to sit in the car and discuss our thoughts in private. He gave us several more opportunities for private discussion and we never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle. We ended up with a 2017 HR-V EX-L and my mom loves it so far! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends or family members and tell them they should ask for Andy! More

Finding the right vehicle Initially went with my wife to lot on Sunday so we could get a sense of vehicles available as we were looking to trade in my wife's 2008 Civic. We liked this dealership since we moved to area two years ago they had serviced her Civic. I would come back a couple days later once we narrowed down what we thought she would like, which is when I met Trish Kaltenbach who would become our sales person. I told Trish that we were looking at the HR-V. She took all the time I needed to go through the car's features and options that would be available to us. It was a good visit and I felt assured that my wife would like this car as much as she has enjoyed her fully loaded Civic. On Friday, my wife and I came to the showroom and met up with Trish, who again took all the time we needed (while also working with another customer). She put my wife behind the wheel and we all went out for a test drive with Trish explaining to her the various aspects of the vehicle. I liked Trish as she did not pressure us to buying the vehicle and had an easy spirit about her. We also felt that we received a very good trade-in value for our Civic which was part of the financial factor we had been considering. Having used this dealers service department previously we feel assured that our vehicle will be taken care of when we bring it in. We also had a positive experience with Todd in financing. More
