I’m extremely disappointed with how this dealership handled my husband's car purchase. When he first came in, they assured him he was getting a “great low interest rate,” but when the paperwork came ou handled my husband's car purchase. When he first came in, they assured him he was getting a “great low interest rate,” but when the paperwork came out, the numbers didn’t match what was discussed. We did not catch this change in the fine print and now we are stuck with an interest rate that's FOUR TIMES HIGHER than what was advertised and discussed. Our fault for not reading the fine print, Ford's fault for never mentioning the ACTUAL interest rate. This is exactly the kind of shady, dishonest behavior that gives car dealerships a bad name. We expected transparency and integrity, not hidden numbers and fine print surprises. If they had just been upfront from the beginning, we could have made an informed decision. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values honesty and treats customers with respect. More

Chuck the general manager was very professional and accommodating after a very long and stressful purchase. Over the course of about 3 weeks, Chuck went above and beyond what most dealers do or even consider doing, and this is likely because of Gary Yeomans' (And Chuck's) ethics and customer service mentality. I was initially very frustrated with Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville, however, after everything was said and done, I can honestly say I would recommend them. Even if minor mistakes or unforeseen issues, the team at Gary Yeomans Ford did everything they could within their reasonable power to make things whole.
