My salesman was Mason, I feel he was very pushy and also told me it wasn’t a big deal to run my credit and I didn’t need to wait on my inspection to make my decision for buying my vehicle. Also, made it a big deal to get the door code for me. Anything I asked it seemed like a problem and he would roll his eyes constantly and had no respect. I drove 3 1/2 hours to come get this truck and I just wish my sales person was better. I didn’t expect to have this experience due to him texting back fast the prior day. Also, he did say the truck didn’t come from Canada, he should do some more research on the truck he is trying to sale because on the window sticker it said Canada and he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Also, he was very misleading about the powertrain warranty, he didn’t say I would have to pay for it the prior day. I didn’t end up having to pay for it due to the rust underneath the truck, but it is important to include that information. On the Facebook post it says it does not state you have to pay for the powertrain, it was very misleading. I personally would not use him again, but I would use the dealership, the sales manager Chuck and the finance guy was amazing. More
