Y'all were supposed to get my rain guards in since September 2nd 2024 I've been up there 10 times spoke with my salesman spoke with them sales managers all of there on the tower both to my service writer and spoke with the sales manager Tuesday the 28th of October and they were supposed to be in on October 31st 2024 your sales manager and Chuck Tucker spoke with me and guaranteed me they would be in on Thursday October 31st or they would call me to have them installed but to no avail from nobody from Gary yeoman Ford and Mr Tucker ask me to change my Google review if they made it right with me I am a reputable customer since 1996 I think this is my 12th car I bought from that dealership but since Gary yeoman has taken it over that dealership has gone to pot it's not reputable y'all have no problem sending me or calling me for me to come there and buy tires for my 2022 Ford escape which is about 15 months old and y'all have no problem calling me trying to set up a service appointment for my 2024 Ford explorer that I just bought and you'll gave me a due bill that says y'all are supposed to fix the chip on the door and remove the paint pin straps that they put on it in Florida which they did a half-xxx job there too you could take your finger and wipe them off but my car set up there for a week from September 21st 2024 to September 29th 2024 never got moved never got to pinstripe removed nothing my car was still parked in the same spot if this is the way you treat your good customers I don't want to be a customer Gary yeoman Ford is a bigger crook then Ray varner in Clinton I've been in the car Business buying cars from which used to be the Lance Cunningham Ford that was great dealership then they respected all their customers but Gary yeoman Ford customer service is pitiful and I still have no rain guards but I paid for them two months ago and y'all can't give me a straight answer I've talked to 10 different people up there and got 10 different stories so who's lying
